v1.0 Local COOP: Can't Spawn

Hello! Don't know if it's just me, but I'm having an issue with spawning on local COOP.

Description:
See above. I can't spawn and neither can any of the bots, stuck on the wounded screen, no timer countdown or anything, just stuck without being able to give up/spawn.

Steps to reproduce:
Load up any map on local COOP mode, after load in I get the wounded screen with no way to spawn.



No screenshots or video, but like I said it was just the normal wounded screen.


Tested on 4 or 5 coop maps, including Vadso Std, Ramiel Inf, and a few others.
