Black screen texture lag on Win XP x32

With patch 1.2xx started new lag. Time to time picture is freezing and black screen blinking. And it happens on same site of map, few meters of run and it ends. This lag only on win XP x32, when I come on win 7 everything is fine. Also this "Win XP" lag happening on another PC with different video card, so this is some kind of game bug, not a PC bug. This lag happening almost year, and last patches not help. But I dont like Win 7, I want to play on XP, what me to do guys?
