Default Question on the M4

Why does it have a full auto setting? I was Army Infantry and the M4 I carried in Iraq only went to burst. Just wondering.

That is the M4a1 which you should know is used by special forces. The standard issue M4 has only Semi and 3 burst fire modes(and safe)

Because it's an M4A1, assuming you mean the SpecOps M4. The crewman M4 has a burst mode.

Atleast I think I'm right

The M4A1 is the fully-automatic version and is generally only issued to SF units. The US Army will all have semi-burst trigger groups in 0.8, except for the SF kit.

ye, the spec ops has a M4A1 which is has full auto and is more "spec opsy" hehe, the USMC Crewman carry the normal M4 with burst in v0.756, and in v0.8 the US Army troops carry normal M4s with burst, thou the spec ops gets a M4A1 with full auto

Hope that helps
