Exclamation Problems with mumble

Hey my brother recently started playing the game but everytime he joins a game he hears through mumble a lot of people who aren't in his squad. he is hearing about 5 people speaking at a time. This makes the game really unplayable. How can we fix this?
- what we've tried so far:
> Restarting mumble
> Restarting the game
> joining different servers
> Disabling locational audio in mumble

None of these options worked, who can help me out?
I think he uses windows 8, but It might be windows 10
thanks

If the positional sound is turned off in mumble and it still doesn't work, then the only way is to use wired headphones.

I have the same problem as the player above.
I've already done everything you told me, would you be able to send a print of your settings?
I found some online, but they are from years ago.
