Email banned

Hi!
I have an old account (BaCaTA), which I have last used in 2018
I remember there was some forum wide issue with passwords, and all the passwords had to be reset or something
I'm pretty sure I'm using the correct password to login now, but it says invalid username or password

When trying to reset the password, the forum says the address can't be recognized
But if I try to create a new forum account with the same address, it says the address is banned

Could you please check if my old account is really banned, and maybe change it's email to the other one I'd provide?
Or just unban it
