Difference between AKM and AK74M?

What is the difference between different AKs?

I could only observe that AKS74U has less damage (1 bullet more to kill) and has a different sound, but could not observe difference between AKM, AK74M, AK74S, as well as between folded and fixed stock variants.

Could anyone enlighten me on this?

akm is 7.62x39 and 74m is 5.45x39

I know it is, what I'm asking about is whether there is any damage and recoil difference.

If we talk real life, AK74M should be louder than AKS74 (because AK74M features a muzzle break), and it should have less recoil, as in, much smoother auto fire sequences.
Both AK74M and AKS74 have definitely much less recoil and more carried ammo than AK47 and AKM for obvious reasons. But that was real life, but what about the ingame implementation?
