When I go into battle the game does not respond to the mouse and keyboard

But the game is running (time is running and the battle is going on).
But I can not even choose a squad and equipment, the mouse just does not respond to anything, not one key does not work except ALT+F4
I've never had this before, everything was fine before, I've already reinstalled the game and it didn't help.

Reset your profiles from launcher options. If it doesn't help, delete your entire Documents\ProjectReality folder but remember that you have to do Steam login and retrieve your profiles after that.
