v1.1 Area attack not working on Saaremaa

Several times I have played commander on Saaremma and asked a SL to call in area attack. When I go to click on accept, a weird audio cue plays and the area attack fails. It's as if I clicked on reject but with no "Negative" comma rose message.

I play commander a lot and it only seems to happen on this map. Last time it happened was yesterday when I was Russian commander on HOG trying to accept an area attack on the Runway flag.

Also, I have seen one other person complain about this issue in-game.

We had this bug reported and I keep trying to fix it but I'm really not sure what's causing it. However, I did make some more changes that will come out in the next update so hopefully it'll work correctly. I'll ask the testing team to specifically check arty on Saaremaa.

Please fix. It blows when your team could have won with area attack.
