Update manual for current Civilian rules

Hello, I noticed that the current rules listed in the manual for the Civilian role is not in line with the latest updates of the game (i.e. using an epipen no longer resets the 2-minute timer). If you need a volunteer to help with updating that section, I'd love to help.
