I am not talking about breaking international licences, but how they perform. Take an AK-47 from China and one made in Poland or another eastern european country and go to the range. You will find that they perform quite differently. The quality of everything from the steel parts to the fittings are poor on the chineese ones and that affects accuracy and durability big time. Just like there is a difference in other rifles that are made on licences in different countries, but the AK is the most used and made in more countries than any other gun.
