Change Rifleman Specialist to a limited kit like Medic/AutoRifle

Basically as the title, limit the kit to one per squad just like the medic and autorifle, one per squad and on the spawn menu as well as crates. It isn't really a specialist if anyone can request it right?

Reasons to restrict:
Multiple incendiaries+rope+shotgun = Insurgency superkit anyone can get.
For AAS this kit trades an ammo bag from a standard infantryman for the rope and incendiaries which are both very useful.
It is basically the old special forces kit with incendiaries instead of explosives, lots of very important features in one kit.

The kit is just a bit too useful to be a standard kit compared to a basic infantryman, and imbalances insurgency by allowing for too much ease in taking care of civilians while also making movement through the city a bit too easy for one or two players, which has a negative impact of encouraging ninja tactics for taking out caches instead of securing an area, while still allowing those lone wolfs to 'arrest' insurgents for intel.

I'd still recommend a 3 man in the squad requirement like a medic over the 4 man for auto-rifle though.

i agree, but like he said 3 man squads for it. i like to keep the recon squads small.

it does get old with the specialist rush on insurgency.

When i read the thread title i was like 'Oh another one of these suggestions' but you have won me over, as you said this would also stop the Specialist spam on insurgency
