[0966] Burning Sands Skirmish; British crate missing; only one real flag

Description:
1: In the skirmish layer of Burning Sands the Brits have no crate on their Spawnpoint, there is only a rallypoint.
So they have no access to special kits, unlike the MEC team.

2: Of the three flags on this map only one can be captured, the other two don't have anything to do with the game, as they never get active.
The first British flag isn't even near the British spawnpoint.
Judging from the picture from the loading screen that spawnpoint should be in the NE corner, not the NW one.

( 3: ) The rallypoints also show up on the spawn screen, but are not selectable, resulting in a double spawnpoint indicator on the map. You can knife it and it disappears leaving only the usual spawnpoint like in other skirmish maps. But that's kinda unimportant.

Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn at the British main, look for a crate, knife the unnecessary rallypoint, capture the Security Building.
Switch to MEC, spawn, find their crate, cap the Building back.
