problems installing

I?ve got Arma 2 combined operation on steam installed, fully updated. And i?ve installed Pr:Arma2. The problem is that when i start the game from pr:arms 2 exe i get a message that the game is not installed properly and i have to reinstall it, with i?ve done ALOT now

When i start the game from steam (after enabling pr in Arma 2) i get an in game message that says that arms 2 isn't running...

So can anyone help me to point out my wrong doings?

Did you use 7zip? Did you follow the instructions in the .txt?

You can't just use WinRAR.

Have you ever run ARMA before ? You need to run the game at least one time before PR will work.
