1.0.34 Bad chopper sliding

Many choppers just keep sliding while landed (not using a joystick atm), it's incredibly annoying.

Especially looking at the MI-8T right now and it's just hard to keep it at a place, you need to keep dragging the mouse so it merely stays at the same location.

Please fix it

it annoys me for years now
