v1.0 Random pin removal sound

While i was playing tonight i randomly heard this sound: m67pin3d
It was playing even if there was noone close that used grenades, it even played sometimes while being inside a tank.
My audio settings:

I can confirm this issue, was hearing the pin all the time on all maps I played. Also Creative X-Fi, Ultra high. I also know of another guy with same settings and issue.

Yep, you get it almost every 2-3 Minutes with Ultra High audio settings. On High I get it rarely.

Yes!!! What the heck is this sound doing being played while just walking/running? It's very unnerving.
