OMG ! Please help ... problems installing ...

OK .... here is the thing ....
I m trying to install the PRMM ... but .... every single time, when the installation is about to finish ... it says that couldn`t create the 2 last folders on my documents folder ....

I searched the foruns but i didn t found anything about this situation ....

I have BF2 and Bf2142 installed on my computer, both of them are running just fine !
I already removed the PRMM contents of my computer ...followed the instructions ... but still, it does not work !

My windows is japanese and i want to know if that may be the reason ....
But i don t think that it could be, because i have a lot of programs here in english and portuguese and so far, none of them gave me any problems ....
Maybe i m doing something wrong ....

If anyone had the same problem, please help me ... or if you know how to fix this .... please help me too ... or if you didn`t even understood shi# of what i said but still, you want to help .... please ... do it !

And .. sorry for the english, in case that i made some huge mistake somewhere .... ok !?

I know it might be a pain, but try to download again, maybe the first download is corrupted?

Also, post a screenshot of the error message you get when installing.

(your english is good)

Thanks man ...

First .... i downloaded the file 2 times already .... and one of them, it was from a link that a friend gave me ... the same file, from the same place ... and on his computer, worked with no problems at all ....

I will take de screenshot ok, but ahhhn ... i know where the screenshot button is ... but after a i take it ... where does it goes to !?
I very noob question, i know ....

And .... also that, i think this mod don`t support the japanese english, because it says only Error 123 : ???????????? ????????

I can`t even see the name of the folder that the setup couldn`t reach because it says ... C:/Documents And Settings/William/??????? ????????

I believe it`s　my desktop folder, because the "desktop" word it`s written in japanese .....

I found out what is that the setup can`t do ..
But i don`t know HOW to fix it yet ....

The problem is when the setup is creating the shortcuts ....
Probably on my desktop folder .... the file is ...

The problem is right there ...
I tried to change the Desktop folder`s name .... but i can`t ......
PLEASE .... help me guys ! I want to play this game so MUCH !
The teamplay here must be awesome !
