Release Project Reality: BF2 v1.0 Released! - Page 24

Hi all so just bought a pack of DVD+R DLs to install V1.0 as I was super excited about this, been waiting ages to get the DVDs and get online, and now I can run it but it saids there is a V1.1 or "newer version". Is there a section of the forums that has the update or am I going to have to download 6+GB again and mirror it onto a DVD? Seems a little unfair no? If i've missed the page I do apologise.

There is no need to make any hard copy's just extract the iso with 7zip and run the exe.
There is going to be some updating happening in the launcher when you first run it though, but that is quite normal.

You can also use a Daemon tool to mount the iso like described here https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f10...all-guide.html

No, you don't have to download everything again. Just run the updater in the launcher, it will do its job and download every update automatically

So I just tried to update it and I got 1212 Error. File is corrupt.
Any ideas here? The install went fine and it shows its being run by admin rules =/

EDIT: Oh just came across errors in the updater to do with the CD Key or something (still reading them). Is this a similar problem do you think?

Ok so I found the V1.1 update in a patch on the forum. I used that and it worked =D . I then used the launcher to update to V1.1.1 and it worked =D yeeeeha lol. Should be ok for some fun tonight.

Had V0.98 for about a year and enjoyed it immensely, got out of it due to other commitments and so far I like what they've done with it in V1.1.1.

I have a issue about reality mod which is in update part (checking for update) after lunching exe file. It jumps out with out message.
Help me out please.
