Win 8.1 Your connection to the server has been lost

Hi, yesterday I downloaded the game again, hoping that the problem would not come again. Everytime I connect to a server the game loads in, then I spawn. So I play like a minute and the game freezes for a few seconds and it says me "Your connection to the server has been lost." (The same happens on BF2.)

I've seen this happen a few times in over a decade to a few people. It was always an ISP/router-side firewall.
