v1.6.7 Gungame losing levels (on HAT use?)

Description:

When playing gungame, after firing the HAT kit, you start going backwards through the guns until you die. In other words, you lose the personal points that count as "levels" in gungame.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) U-777 server
2) level up to (HAT?) kit use
3) Fire (and take damage to self?)
4) Start losing levels/points
