v1.7.3 Memory issue?

I seem not able to play these maps on coop, some other layouts works just fine. I also tried to turn on the advanced shaders (mine's default is off), still not fixing it. I'm hoping that this is just memory issue for my PC.

Maps are:
Kokan COOP STD
Bijar Canyons COOP LRG
Khamisiyah COOP ALT
