Win 8.1 Erro de Login com a Steam após atualização 1.7.4

When I updated my PR to version 1.7.4 I was no longer able to link my Steam account to the game.
I've already checked if the profile is public, I've deleted the Project Reality folder from the docs, I've completely reinstalled the game in the latest version and it didn't work. The same error always appears when I click "Start Session" on the Steam page that the game directs me to in the browser.
The following message appears:

Ao atualizar meu PR para a verão 1.7.4 não consegui mais vincular a conta do meu Steam ao jogo.
Já verifiquei se o perfil está público, já excluí a pasta Project Reality dos docs, já reinstalei totalmente o jogo na versão mais recente e nao funcionou. Aparece sempre o mesmo erro quando clico em "Iniciar Sessão" na pagina da Steam que o jogo me direciona no navegador.
Aparece a seguinte mensagem:

OBS PT-BR: O jogo abre normalmente caso eu selecione executa-lo offline.
NOTE: The game opens normally if I select to run it offline.
