installing help

im having a alot of trouble downloading PR heres whats happining

1. iv downloaded PR a couple times from different sites and after its done downloading theres a folder on the desktop that says "pr_0506_setup" and its a zipped folder.

2. i open the folder and click on the "pr_0506_setup" inside the folder

3. i get a warning saying that "its recommended that i extract all files for this application to work properly" i click on "Extract all" and it starts extracting then freezes.

4. i try it again and when it gives me the warning that says "its recommended that i extract all files for this application to work properly" i click "run" instead of "extract all" and it freezes again.

can anyone help??
