FAT32 is a type of storage or something.

I'd either Re-Download it.
Delete some more stuff and make sure there's at least 10 gigs of space, PR may take up as much as 4 gigs or something.

Is your partition format in FAT32 or in NTFS?

Right-click on the disk in My Computer and open the Properties. It should be written "File System". What's written beside it?

UDF is says

UDF is an optical format type, I'm sure: CD, DVD etc.

Right click your HD and select properties: it'll tell you what format you have there.

All my drives are NTFS if that's any help.
