Re: Falling in love with sniper role.
Either that or they're like the guys in "All ghillied up" on CoD4 that have poor peripheral vision...

Re: Falling in love with sniper role.
LOL. So Guillie suit does help at close distance. That is irony. You need to walk far away to get ride of the grass draw distance to spot a sniper.

Re: Falling in love with sniper role.
Might have changed after .75, although I'm pretty sure I've seen 2 snipers on my team plenty of times, and more then enough for it to have been a stolen kit. Either way I hope it gets taken down to 1 if it hasn't already.
Nice to see someone doin their job properly, snipers either seem to be helpful, take time with their shots, and won't shoot at all for long periods of time when they know they won't get away with it; OR they're that pain in the arse I kick out my squad, but won't stay out cos I can't lock my $£^&ing squad. |

Re: Falling in love with sniper role.
Er..I thought PR was all about team work! Snipers is'nt team work, it's loners that want to rack up kill's.

M.Warren is one realistic sniper I've seen. The battlefield information he relays allows the team to get a good feel for the situation without traveling halfway across the map. It's a great asset if used properly, like any tool on the field. | |

To the OP, I hope you didn't go back to the same building the 2nd time...

Re: Falling in love with sniper role.
Nice to see a non sniper bashing post, thats shows the advantages of having a(=1) sniper on a team

Re: Falling in love with sniper role.
i love the sniper too...
And a 2 man sniper sq can help the team so much if used right... But there are to often guys that use it like a "normal" gun... It´s not the shooting that helps the team. But the reporting is great to win the round. Dont get me wrong, i shoot but only @ targets i know i can take out with one shot, and only @ targets like medics, commanders, or the HAT Guys... And if the spotter gets the SF Kit, its great to give the air sq laser marks... Its nice to see the big boom and dont even hear the bomber that drops it... BTw. give the sniper a SOFLAM in 0.8 |
