(help) Crash at 1% Please help

When ever i click join to start loading it crashes after 1 percent, i have unistalled everything and deleted the folders. Every time i have reinstalled i go in this order, bf2, patch 1.41, pr core, pr levels. i cant figure what is wrong with it. So can u guys please help. Oh i am running resolution in 1200 x 1024

my system specs are
-Asus p5k black pearl addition
-Intel core 2 quad
-xfx 8800 GT
-4 gigs of DDR2
-xfi fatality 1 extreme gamer
-vista home basic 32 bit

Have you trashed your cache files from your Battlefield 2 in documents folder?
Path:
C:\Users\your name here\Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache

Also give battlefield cleaner a try

there is a foleder there is a folder

I tried the cleaner and still crash at 1%

Right that's the folder with all the caches files in it
Delete any and all folders INSIDE the cache folder
A new one will be created the next time you start the game
