CTD problem please help

ok, my computer can run bf2 just fine

iv put my resolution up

iv got the correct bf2 patch

iv installed both core and levels

when i join a server it goes to a black screen followed by my desktop. what do i do?

iv reinstalled both core and levels

please help me

All earlier PR versions and desktop shortcuts deleted


Full 1.41 BF2 updater
PR 8 uses TWO installers
#1 Core installed FULL ( create desktop short checked)
#2 levels(maps) installed
(Vista users need to set compatibility mode to xp and run as admin)
running game at 1024x768 res or higher, desktop the same

punk buster uninstalled with pbsvc
reboot before reinstalling punk buster files with pbsvc( if your using Vista DO NOT set compatibility to XP, run as admin ok)
run pbsvc test/get all green on test
update bunk buster files with pbsetup
open firewall for punk buster and bf2 or turn off

1) Put you resolution above 1024x768 or above

Then try it out
