another squadbug!?

happend to me on kashan 64 MEC and to a friend on fools road.

there is a SM who doesnt show up in your squadmenu - where he shows up is in the enemy's player list. you cant see him on the map. when he enters a vehicle it doesnt show up on the map anymore. when i enter the vehicle with him i can see his name in red and the vehicle will appear on the map. all the time we were able to use voip. when something killed us it was a teamkill for the enemy but just on my screen -he didnt see it.

He told me he saw "Sircommandant git teamkilled by..." when I was killed..
