[0966] Incendiary Grenade

When I try to drop Inc. grenade it falls right among my feet,
this happens every time,both in MP and SP,other grenades as HE and Smoke
I can drop without problems.

It's not a bug. Incendiary grenades cannot be thrown (far) now to prevent from using them as an effective weapon against armor.
