Default [0973 Map Pack BETA] Black Gold - Tungusta overheat

Description:
The Tungusta is back, which could be nice. However, it appears to be bugged.
Same goes for the Type 95, although it takes longer before it overheats.

The main guns overheat rather quickly like they're supposed to I guess, seems balanced.
However, once overheat, they regenerate way too quickly. The overheat sound hasn't even finished yet and you can already fire a new (full) burst. The cooling down is not more than 2-3 seconds.

Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn in RUS main, get into Tungusta gunner seat.
Fire a full burst, untill it overheats. Wait 2-3 seconds and you can fire again.

Tested On:
Black Gold AAS-64 (std), local PR v0.973


Either the cooling down period needs fixing, or the overheat procedure.
