FAL rifle default no scope ?

Hi guys. i have a question.

Apparently in Brazil the FAL is mostly used without a scope, this will reflect in the faction rifleman ?

No I think that PR will use both,scoped and iron sighted versions,
that would balance them with other faction,
and it would suit PR standards,look up at MEC,do you think any ME country is using
optics on any rifle that is not marksmen or sniper one ?
And look at the Design plan.

99,5% of Russian army uses unscoped weapon 0,5% - VDV(but in small quantity anyway) and SF of any kinds.
But in PR almost everyone can have a scope.
I prefer bullseye like in arma2 for all unscoped weapon and make realistic layouts for kits.

In this case would be more fun and interesting having the reality factor over the faction balance ... since it will be brazil vs farc

But now i understood the design plan... it's a bit different from the others.

Am I the only ones who puts irons or red dot on his rifle, for pretty much every map?

I consider the lack of scopes as such a minute imbalance.
