Default SPAAG recoil ridiculous

The recoil on the Type 95, Tunguska and Shiika is uncontrollable even in burst mode. I can understand your concern with the cannons being used against inf/vehicles but as it is now it is near impossible to hit a chopper beyond 300m

probably balance purpose. some devs says they don't do that but i see that happens i do believe is to avoid to use against infantry at long range, i cant hit a shit after 300m spread+recoil = Fail
