v1.1 Weird overlay appearing when in vehicle (minor)

Description:
Some sort of overlay appears over the screen when inside the vehicle.

Steps to Reproduce:
Pick the grenadier kit from the African Rebel Forces, enter the M2HB and go inside the center seat. Pick out the HE type grenades and you'll see the overlay pop up. Sometimes it may go away.

-Ramiel
-Insurgency
-Free Candy Van
-1.1

Video Settings (if needed):
Highest graphics w/ 8x AA on a Evga GTX 680 SLI

Happened with the GB M79 on Falklands too, weird glitch TBH.

I was having the ame thing, but it was both HE and smoke rounds that would do it.
