Win 7 No overlay settings in mumble.

Never mind, i didn't saw that names of players that are talking are showing in bottom left corner of screen... You can close the topic

is it normal that i don't have overlay tab in settings in newest version of mumble?
With old version of mumble game not start (black screen and not response).
