v1.3 Hill 488 - Connection problems

Description:
Planting TNT (specialist kit) on NVA causes connection problems.

Steps to Reproduce:
On NVA, select the time bomb press LMB, after few seconds when throwing/planting, game stutters and the bomb never actually plants. Few seconds later the server seems to stall for a couple of seconds.
I tried this for at least 5 times on same server and round, happened every time.

Tested On:
Hill 488 AAS, Pelitutka PR v1.3

Thanks for reporting. This affects all TNT in vietnam layers and will be fixed in next patch.
