Dovre. I don't remember which layer.

As title says, The commander's vehicle is not enterable.

On certain layers, this is intentional, at the mapper's discretion when UAVs are not to be used on the layer. Some of the reasons include the weather effects (you wouldn't be able to see uav through the fog anyways).

Command post is there so you are a certain distance away to create FOB away from dome of death.
