v1.3.9 Assault On Mestia Area Attack

So As far as it goes the Asset list shows an Area Attack. However we've played it and tried using it, but it doesn't give the thing to the commander nor does it show it ready in the commanders HUD.

did u waited for the X minutes to use this?

yes we did we tried it all throughout the game even at the very end after like 40-50 mins of game play n no one calling it.
