Win 10 Mumble overlay not working

Mumble syncs well, I hear my squad and local, they hear me, but my name does not show for them when I speak and I dont see the "speaker" icon on the bottom right corner when I speak (neither local or squad). Neither I hear the walkie talkie sound (beep) when I talk in the squad channel.

Other people name appear when they speak.

Any solutions? It has been happening since the last update, every single time I play.
