v1.6.7 WZ-550 Squad Leader spawn broken

SO, thanks for the submarine fix but there is another thing going on, when a third player spawns on the vehicle when two are already using it, he instantly dies yet the vehicle seat is used but he is dead, he needs to respawn first and then the seat is usable again.
Are you guys trying to introduce a mechanic where we need to get player dead bodies out of vehicles to enter them ?
