Verifying Client Data Problem

Im a little new to PR, but I found it to be VERY fun. Just about the best (( And the only )) BF2 mod. But, Im having a bit of a spot trying to log into a sever; just about any sever. I start to load everything, and everything loads well, (( Even though its a bit slow )) but when the game starts to Verify Client Data, it takes too long, and might disconnect me to the sever. So!

How can I fix long Verifying Client Data and load time?
How can I make sure that it never happends again?

I would hate to stop playing PR because of this little problem. If anyone could put some light on this, that would be great! Thank you for your help, and I hope to see you on the battleground!

I'm going to jump in with the old classic fix. Download PR again and re-install it.

Is this something that has always been happening when playing PR or just recently? Have you downloaded any other mods recently or any add-ons for PR (like SP for PR)?

did you uninstall the previous version of pr before you installed .6?
if not then delete/uninstall all the pr files and install again

also make sure your joining an up-to-date pr server

Ill give it a try. I have no other add-ons besides BF2 that I know of. I also only have the curret .6 version. The problem started only recently. I tried to join three differant severs, all failed after a long time Verifying Client Data. I will work on the problem after my vacation to Honolulu.
