Exclamation Installation malfunction

PROBLEM FIXED

Hi to all,

first of all I'd like to say I'm not sure this Thread should be in the 'bugs' area, and if it doesn't, please be kind enough to let me know where I should post it.

This is the situation: I'd really love to try out the new 0.860 patch, and I'm sure every self-respecting PR player does too, but this problem keeps occuring every time I try to run the installer.

I'll show it to y'all:

If you guys can't read the text clearly, this is what it says:
C:\Proqram Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\levels\kozelsk\client.zip
An error occurred while trying to copy a File:
The source file is corrupted.

Anyone can give me a hand? I can ensure you my BF2 version is an original, so it is definitly not corrupted.

Yours sincerely,
Red Feniks

It should be in the support forum(further down). But I'm sure a MOD will move it, so don't make a new post.

That error message is complaining about a file in the installer being corrupt, not in your BF2 install.

I suggest you fire up the torrent(on the download page) and point it to your installer file. If it's broken, the torrent should repait it automatically.

Hi Zrix,

I tried this multiple times now, buy no change appears.
Thanks very much for the help however, and if anyone knows how to fix this problem, please tell me.

Greetings,
